At COLLECTION REALM, we want you to be completely satisfied with your fashion finds, which is why we offer a 30-day window for returns and exchanges on all unworn items with original tags. Our streamlined process ensures that updating your wardrobe remains as effortless and stylish as our collections.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Log into your account and visit the 'Order History' section to select the items you wish to return and receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.

  Package Your Items

  Carefully place the unworn garments back into their original packaging, ensuring all designer tags and hygiene seals remain intact and attached.

• 3.
  Attach the Label

  Print the prepaid shipping label provided via email and securely affix it to the outside of your package, covering any previous delivery barcodes.

• 4.
  Drop Off and Track

  Hand your package to your local authorized carrier; once our warehouse receives and inspects the items, your refund or exchange will be processed within 5-7 business days.
